2. Signups and inquiries

Submitting a signup, quote request, or contact form asks our team to respond about your project using the contact details you provide. A form submission does not create a paid order, publishing contract, or website account. Do not include payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information in your message.

3. Services and project agreements

We offer publishing, writing, editing, illustration, design, and related services. Before paid work begins, your written project agreement should specify the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, estimated timeline, and included revisions. If a project agreement differs from these website terms, the project agreement governs that project, subject to applicable law.

4. Pricing, payments, and changes

Website descriptions and budget ranges are general information. The price and payment obligations for your project are those agreed in writing. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate estimate and your approval before additional work begins.

5. Your content and approvals

You must have permission to provide any manuscript, image, or other material you submit for use in your project. Sending materials for an inquiry does not transfer ownership to us. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned work, source files, and final deliverables should be stated in your project agreement. Please review proofs and provide feedback and approvals within the agreed schedule.

6. Timelines and publishing outcomes

Delivery estimates depend on project scope, timely feedback, and any third-party review or distribution process. Sales, rankings, retailer acceptance, reviews, and marketing results are not guaranteed unless a specific commitment is expressly included in your written agreement.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a project. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your written project agreement and remain subject to applicable consumer rights. For questions about an existing order, email us with your project details.

8. Website materials and external services

Website text, branding, designs, and images may be protected by intellectual property rights. Obtain permission before reproducing materials beyond uses permitted by law. External websites and publishing platforms operate under their own terms, which you should review before using their services.

9. Communications

We use the information in your inquiry to review and respond to your request. If you no longer want follow-up about your inquiry, tell us at info@webbywebpublishers.com. Submitting an inquiry does not itself enroll you in a marketing newsletter.

10. Questions and updates

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version and date on this page. Changes do not replace the terms of an existing written project agreement. Nothing on this page excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
